Schneider is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist in Green Bay to support our full-cycle recruiting team. The Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist will positively impact the candidate experience by making a strong first impression and handling the recruiting and onboarding process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule phone screens and interviews, effectively utilizing the interview team’s time.
- Work with hiring managers to coordinate calendar availability for interviews.
- Distribute final interview materials to candidates and interview panels.
- Monitor pre-hire requirements such as background checks and drug screens.
- Manage the general recruiting email boxes and provide responses.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree in human resources, business administration, sales or related field.
- 2 or more years of recruiting or human resources experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in scheduling, customer service or outbound calling is preferred.
