Job overview:     

Schneider is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner in Green Bay to develop partnerships with leaders and create development resources, strategies and solutions. The Senior Learning and Development Business Partner will focus on improving performance gaps that are tied to overall business objectives.    

Responsibilities:    

  • Determine effective training solutions, including facilitated discussions, new hire courses, core curriculums, leadership offsites and customized learning.    
  • Design and implement development solutions and processes to increase performance.    
  • Serve as a facilitator for offsites, team building activities and training.    
  • Ensure content meets corporate instructional design standards.    
  • Confirm all training is tracked within Schneider’s learning management system. 

Skills and qualifications:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.    
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.    
  • At least 2 years of prior leadership experience.    
  • Able to coach, mentor and develop associates.    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.    
  • Able to work on multiple projects at once.    
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.    
  • Able to travel as needed.
