Senior Sales Account Executive

A Senior Sales Account Executive has mastered the primary responsibilities of the developing and maintianing client relationships as well as generating new business by initiating contact through calling. In addition to these duties, you also serve as a coach and mentor to new associates as part of the associated training process, modeling the behavior and attitude of an .ideal. Sales Account Executive Team Lead

As a Sales Account Executive Team Lead you assist the Sales Operations Manager in leading a team of associates in developing and maintaining client relationships. This entails coaching, developing and assessing team members as it relates to hitting calling and load targets, process discipline and performance items. You conduct one-on-ones, business reviews with associates, provide feedback and support the overall growth of Sales Account Executives. All while continuing to manage you own scaled-down book of business.

Sales Operations Manager

Sales Operations Managers are charged with overseeing the development of an assigned team of Sales Account Executives, Senior Sales Account Executives and Sales Account Team Leaders, while fostering a high-performance culture. You will evaluate and coach associates based on key benchmarks such as loads per day, revenue, gross marigin, number of new customers and call volume. It is your job to share results and your perspective on the overall business with associates to give clarity and focus to your team on what is most important. Sales Operations Managers possess high levels of energy and initiative, along with the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment, which allows them to provide consistent leadership to their team.
