Recruiting Process
This overview can help you understand Schneider's recruiting process, from resume submission to interviewing and beyond. While Schneider National may use many different methods to recruit and hire employees, the following is meant to provide a general idea.

- Keep your information current by updating your profile.
An email address is required to create a personal profile. If you do not have an email address, you can create a free email account at Yahoo.com.
What happens to the resume?
Schneider National recruiters review all resumes according to your background and our positions’ requirements.
Phone interviews are scheduled.
The most qualified candidates for the position are scheduled for an interview with the recruiter. These interviews are most often conducted on the phone, however, some interviews may be conducted face to face.
Additional interviews and filling the position.
From there a candidate may have an additional phone conversation with the hiring manager or may come to a Schneider National facility for an interview. That day the candidates will usually have several interviews, each with a different member of the hiring team. The decision is reached by considering the input from all members of the hiring team. You will be contacted once a decision regarding the position has been made.
If you have been selected to interview with Schneider National, the Interview Packet provides tips on effective interviewing, answers to some frequently asked questions, information about our corporate headquarters and more.
