Personal Time

Vacation

Associates are eligible for vacation after you have worked for Schneider for six months. The vacation schedule is based on an associate's length of service and whether you are a full-time or part-time associate.

Holidays

Associates are eligible for a competitive holiday schedule that includes flex days.

Funeral Leave

The funeral leave policy is discretionary.

Jury Duty

If an associate are called in to serve on jury duty, Schneider will continue the associate's normal pay and benefits.

Military Leave

Schneider provides unpaid time off for required military training and service. In the event that associates are involuntarily called for active duty in a national emergency, the associate's Schneider pay (minus any military pay) and many benefits will continue for up to 18 months.

Schneider National’s Brokerage service uses a network of more than 9,000 carriers to provide van, heavy-haul and refrigerated capacity for sole source and seasonal needs for a growing customer base.
