Fuel Tax Reporting
The Schneider Fleet Services department will file all fuel tax reports on your behalf. No more reporting mileage on trip envelopes or filling out mileage report forms. We apply your cash credits monthly to any fuel tax charges you may owe. Our tax reporting service saves you time and money.
Trailers
A fleet comprised of nearly 45,000 trailers and tankers means more freight is preloaded and available for you to run more miles and earn more money. All trailers have fuel-efficient radial tires. Our trailers are also equipped with trailer-tracking technology that allows us to pinpoint a given trailer’s location at any time — when you are assigned a trailer, you will have confidence in its location and availability.

The insurance programs provided by Schneider National are available on an optional basis. For your convenience, we offer easy settlement deductions, and require no premium prepayment from you. All programs are renewed on an annual basis. Group programs offer consistent rate structures and provide protection against individual premium increase in the event of an accident.
