With second-to-none benefits and compensation, Schneider National is a great place to get in the fast lane to job satisfaction.
Training
The Advanced Driver Training Course (ADTC) consists of 7 days of training followed by 7 to 10 days of on-the-job training. The length of the training is catered to the skill level of the individual student.
Pay
Recent Driving School Graduates are paid the week following completion of the ADTC training. $300 is paid for each week of training.
Tuition Reimbursement
If a student lives in an eligible area of the country, Schneider National will reimburse $200 per month (non-taxable) and up to $6,000 toward the actual tuition cost of the truck driving school paid by the student. At the request of the student, Schneider will offer payroll deductions as an option for eligible students with tuition monies received from a lender.
