- Apprenticeship Program: You're eligible to use GI Bill benefits to receive tax-free educational benefit checks from the Department of Veteran Affairs by submitting monthly reports to the Department of Labor.
- In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Schneider National Veterans Owner-Operator's Program will provide ex-military with the training, mentoring, financial incentives and purchasing power necessary to become an owner-operator truck driver.

We know that members of the U.S. military community have the experience and motivation to excel in our ranks at Schneider. The proof is in our current leadership. Six percent of the managers, 16 percent of the senior leaders, 35 percent of drivers and over 25 percent of all associates within our company have military backgrounds and the drive to succeed.
