Home Run Program
Maximize Your Time-At-Home
The Home Run Program provides an alternative work arrangement that offers drivers a more predictable work schedule and maximum time-at-home. Home Run pods consist of groups of three drivers or teams who live near each other, sharing two tractors.
Each driver runs solo for two weeks straight. A driver gets one week at home while the other two run. Drivers switch in/out of service on Wednesdays and each driver has a personal calendar, for a year, that identifies his/her weeks at home. It’s like having over a week of vacation every month!
Since Home Run drivers spend so much time at home (17 weeks out of 52), annual earnings are typically 15 percent less than for system drivers
The average pay range for one-way is $28,000 to $50,000.
The average pay range for teams drivers in the Home Run program is $38,000 to $60,000.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)
- Hold a valid driver's license (must be issued by your state of residence)
