Pay and Benefits

Freight

Advanced Driver Training Course
Drivers with six months or less of tractor-trailer experience will attend the Advanced Driver Training Course (ADTC), which consists of 7 days of training followed by 7 to 10 days of on-the-job training before getting on the road. The length of the training is catered to the skill level of the individual driver. Drivers are paid the week following completion of the ADTC training and $300 for each week of training.
