401(k) Savings Plan

Schenider offers the best 401(k) match in the industry.

  • Our provider is Wells Fargo.
  • Contribute 1 percent to 50 percent of your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
  • Schneider matches $.50 per dollar you contribute up to the first 4 percent of what you contribute. On the 5 percent to 6 percent contributions, Schneider matches dollar-for-dollar. The maximum annual company contribution is $2,500.
  • Eleven investment funds and self-directed brokerage account available.
  • Fully-vested after three years.
