The trucking industry welcomes mature drivers with open arms and generous incentives including the opportunity for baby boomers to put their skills and life experiences to work with a company that is the center of global commerce.  Schneider offers a company-provided training program in order for you to obtain your commercial driver license (CDL).  The Schneider Training Academy offers training at almost no cost to you if you remain employed with Schneider National for at least 18 months following training.  Also, included is a comprehensive pay and benefits package.  Schneider offers a great 401(k) program for mature workers to pad their retirement savings - offering $.50 to $1.00 for each dollar contributed by the driver.
