As a Schneider Team owner-operator, you’ll:
- Average 5,000-6,000 miles per week
- Earn $.92 per mile loaded, $.90 per mile empty (plus $.03 performance bonus paid out quarterly)

Interested in training your team partner?
If you have a potential team partner interested in driving with you, but he/she lacks driving experience, take advantage of Schneider’s Owner-Operator Team Sponsorship Program. You can train your team partner once you have leased with Schneider for at least 90 days and have successfully completed the Training Engineer course (you team partner must have his/her CDL and have graduated from a truck driving school within the last three months).
