More Miles (and Money)
You can expect to see between 5,000 and 6,000 miles per week. Racking up miles like that means you’ll be bringing home bigger paychecks. In fact, teams are among the highest compensated drivers at Schneider, with many earning over $70,000 a year.
Experienced Drivers:
- $12,000 sign-on bonus per team (expires June 30th)*
- Up to $.49 per mile
- Quarterly performance bonuses available
Recent Truck Driving School Grads:
- $7,000 sign-on bonus per team (expires June 30th)*
- $.34 per mile for the first six months
- Up to $.49 per mile after six months of service
- Quarterly performance bonuses available
